About Fidus Synergies LLP
Fidus Synergies LLP is a DPIIT-recognised startup in Sector 117, Mohali, founded in 2025 by Sham Kamboj, an ISTC Chandigarh alumnus of the 1994 batch trained in Mechatronics and Industrial Automation. The firm builds its own products and runs each one on a working business before offering it to anyone else.
Its platforms include Mohali Aerotropolis (mohaliaerotropolis.com), a property intelligence site tracking GMADA's airport township and the wider Mohali market; FidusFlo (fidusflo.com), a WhatsApp-first CRM and lead follow-up system for Indian SMEs; Bagful (bagful.net), hosting and domains for small businesses; ai-ready.in, AI readiness diagnostics for SME founders; and The French Skool, French, TEF and DELF coaching for students heading to Canada, led by DELF-certified instructor Goldy Kamboj.
Sham also runs Fidus Realty (fidusrealty.com), a property consultancy on Mohali's Airport Road covering ready homes, new towers, commercial floors on PR-7 and homes in Himachal. Its leads, site visits and WhatsApp follow-ups all run on FidusFlo.
The ISTC habit runs through all of it: build the machine yourself, prove it on the shop floor, then hand it over. ISTCKonnect itself is built and managed by the Fidus team and runs its community on FidusFlo.
