About this role

Coperion, part of Hillenbrand, is taking a trainee into the Design Engineering Team of its process equipment business. Technical drawings are created using AutoCAD and 2D and 3D digital models are developed. Work includes preparation of plans, profiles, sections and detail drawings for mechanical engineering work. The trainee assists engineers on mechanical design projects and production layouts. The apprenticeship runs twelve months with confirmation subject to performance review.

Eligibility: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or B.Sc. with AutoCAD certification or interest.
Experience: Fresher, 0 to 1 year.
A good route for anyone who wants to move from the shop floor into a drawing office.
