About this role

Inducto Power runs a six month structured training programme for diploma freshers in induction heating equipment. The trainee assists with design, assembly and testing of electronic circuits and control systems. PCB assembly, panel wiring and component testing are daily tasks, alongside troubleshooting and technical documentation. Trainees join installation and commissioning activities at customer sites. The programme covers power electronics, industrial automation, PLC interfacing and control systems, and high performers can be confirmed as permanent.

Eligibility: Diploma, B.Tech or B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechatronics.
Experience: Fresher, 0 years.
Stipend: Rs. 12,000 per month.
