Key Responsibilities:
• Planning, execution, and supervision of PEB building projects
• Interpretation of architectural and structural drawings (mandatory)
• Coordination with PEB vendors, architects, structural consultants, and contractors
• Execution and supervision of foundations — open, raft, and other systems
• Billing and verification of RA bills, final bills, and BOQs per IS Codes
• Roads, drains, and greenfield development works
• QA/QC implementation and HSE compliance
• Progress reports, technical documentation, and as-built records

Required Skills:
• Mandatory PEB buildings experience
• Strong command over architectural and structural drawings
• BOQ preparation and bill verification expertise
• IS Codes and construction standards knowledge
• AutoCAD — added advantage
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering — Mandatory
