Dr. Harpal Singh, Founder, President & CEO of the Synergy Group of Companies, and an ISTCian from the 1983 batch of Instrumentation Technology, speaks about the unique engineering culture of Indo-Swiss Training Centre (ISTC), CSIR-CSIO Chandigarh.
