Gurpartap Singh, from the 4-Year Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering – Die & Mould at Indo-Swiss Training Centre (ISTC), CSIR-CSIO Chandigarh, has secured placement at Maruti Suzuki, Gurgaon.
His placement is another strong outcome from ISTC’s Die & Mould stream, which prepares students for precision manufacturing, tooling, mould development, product engineering, and industrial production environments.
Behind every manufactured product is a system of design, tooling, machining, moulding, inspection, and process control. ISTC’s training environment gives students practical exposure to this technical world early in their careers.
Gurpartap’s journey adds to the number of ISTC students placed with leading companies this year, especially in the automotive and manufacturing sectors.
