ISTC Counselling 2027 and Documents
Counselling is held in person at ISTC, Sector 30-C, Chandigarh, usually at the end of July (30 and 31 July in 2026). Bring all original certificates and the admission fee. If you are absent when called, you lose your candidature.
Documents checklist
The brochure asks for "all relevant certificates in original" and the fee. This checklist is compiled from the brochure and portal notices. Confirm against the 2027 counselling notice.
- E-admit card and entrance exam result
- Class 10 marksheet and certificate (original)
- Date of birth proof (Class 10 certificate)
- Aadhaar card updated within the last 3 years (mandatory in 2026)
- Category certificate in the candidate's own name: SC/ST; OBC (central list, non-creamy layer); EWS (issued on or after 1 April 2027)
- PwD medical certificate (minimum 40% disability), if applicable
- Passport-size photographs and self-attested photocopies of all documents
- First-semester fee (see fees)

Candidates are called by rank. You choose a course from those still available. Once seats in a course are filled, it closes for the remaining candidates.
