ISTC Fee Structure
As per the 2026 brochure, the training fee at ISTC is Rs 17,500 per semester. The first-semester payment, including one-time admission fee and refundable deposits, was Rs 26,000 for day scholars and Rs 34,150 for hostellers. Fees may change as per government rules.

Estimating the full course cost
The Rs 17,500 training fee and Rs 2,500 student welfare fund are charged every semester, so tuition and welfare come to about Rs 20,000 per semester. Over a 3-year Diploma (6 semesters) that is roughly Rs 1.2 lakh, and over a 4-year Advanced Diploma (8 semesters) roughly Rs 1.6 lakh, before hostel, uniform, tools and books.
